De Los Santos is a long established restaurant that pioneered Brunswick Street Spanish Cuisine. The ambience of the 150-year-old Bluestone building combined with a unique Spanish wine and food experience has made De Los Santos a special place for Melbournians and visitors alike.

De Los Santos offers a wide and interesting array of traditional tapas, paella and desserts that caters for all tastes and includes a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The menu includes a selection of “specials” providing for the more ambitious diner that are changed every two weeks.

The De Los Santos wine list includes a substantive variety of Spanish wines, beers and sherries and of course the ever-popular “Sangria”.
